B Gosse
( SHE / THEY) is a transfemme, nonbinary art director, designer, and movement artist based in LA. They examine the intersection between performance, technology, and filmmaking– generating new ideas and conversations around queer identity.
Gosse encourages unraveling and welcomes unordering and chaos inside the body. They use Dance to reckon their infinite characters and complexities that attempt to be masked by censorship, and practice Performance to honor their lineage of trans ancestors.
They call on multiple mediums to articulate the collective trauma of queer and gender-expansive communities, as they create intentional space for expression and deep healing.
They have presented works at SciArc: A Queer Query, NewFest, New Orleans Film Festival, and Leeds International Film Festival, and have been featured on Nowness and Dance Magazine. They have led workshops on pitch development and advertising technology for Palm Springs International Film Festival and Minorities in Film, on behalf of 271 Films and Unicorns & Unicorns.
